By the means of the project a tool for managers of SMEs focused at construction sector will be transferred and adapted. The provision of a contemporary, systematical and thorough material, concerning the management will enhance and improve the managerial skills within construction sector, with possibilities for usability for different sectors. This will be realized through the high level of access on behalf of the final beneficiaries - the SMEs and their Managers.
SMEs Managers E-learning Tool Focused at Construction Industry (COSM-E-TRAIN)
The project has as general objective the facilitation of the development of innovative practices in the field of vocational education and training on sector level and their transfer from Greece to Bulgaria and other participating countries - Belgium, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Italy.
