INNOVATIVE TELE-SERVICE FOR SME - KNOWLEDGE BASED IT SERVICES FOR TRANSNATIONAL COMPANY MODELS  

RESULTS

There are 4 modules going to be developed for an additional qualification in the industrial-technical vocational training that covers the following topics:

• Technical solutions for IT based European wide tele-service, particulary on the basis of synchronous services (e.g. dialog based tele-cooperation, audio-video-conferences, application sharing, whiteboard communication)
• Asynchronous IT based tools and services for business cooperation in virtual enterprises and the delivery of tele-service (e.g. asynchronous communication methods, remote control of devices and equipment, tele-programming)
• European business cooperation (eCommerce) with respect to juridical conditions in the European Union (digital signature etc.) for tele-services and virtual enterprises (electronic call for tenders, network based project management etc.)
• Communication processes in virtual enterprises (information flow, corporate identity, CSR, etc.)
