OBJECTIVES
Development of a
training plan that will provide European SME managers with the competences
necessary for the application of knowledge management procedures and tools in
their organizations. (including subjects as the confidence boosting, disperse or
remote teams management, or leadership)
Specific objectives
- Analysis of the barriers to the implementation of knowledge management systems
and procedures in SMEs.
- Identification of those barriers that are the consequence of lack of
competences of SME managers.
- Analysis of the training needs of SME managers to acquire the competences
necessary for a successful implementation of knowledge management systems and
procedures in SMEs
- Identification of the training gaps
- Development of a training plan that will provide SMEs managers with the
competences necessary for the successful implementation of knowledge management
systems and procedures.
- Realization of the corresponding training system, procedures and materials.
- Execution of a pilot training with a limited number of SMEs managers so as to
test the material with a view on improvement and correction of deviations.
