INNOVATIVE TELE-SERVICE FOR SME - KNOWLEDGE BASED IT SERVICES FOR TRANSNATIONAL COMPANY MODELS  

OBJECTIVES

INNO-START tackles the problems already during the initial vocational training phase. Interested apprentices in industrial-technical professions (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, heating and sanitary assembling) shall be trained in the future orientated know-how in additional modules during their initial vocation training. At the same time the apprentices develop a relevant project in their company as an implementation of the new available technologies. The apprentices thus transfer the knowledge into the companies. On the other hand they have the potential to set up their own business with these new services. The trainer for the conventional training in the companies work closely together with the apprentices. They profit from an accompanied coaching by specialists and can so act as multipliers in the inner company knowledge transfer. As a result the SME gain the know-how for the production and distribution of transnational services as well as for the cooperation in virtual enterprises on the European level.
