TRAINING

One of the main activities of IDEC, which in most cases is combined with the ones presented
previously, is in company training, or staff training.

Economic, technological and management change along with high productivity and quality standards
demand thoroughly trained personnel. Training ensures the human and technical skills that permit
access to a high level of performance.

Training organised by IDEC in collaboration with chambers, associations of entrepreneurs or
individual companies may be either of short or longer duration, on topics such as marketing, work
study, production planning and control, costing, technical issues, managerial issues, quality control,
learning to learn, training of trainers, telecomunications, computer networks, EDI etc.

For this purpose IDEC has developed a series of methods, games, manuals and multimedia
software tools.
