In this context, Competitive Intelligence (CI) has proven to be effective in helping organizations develop successful strategies. Nevertheless, organisations, particularly SMEs, often lack the resources to hire or train CI professionals. CITEX will fill this gap by designing, producing, and making available to SME professionals, the academic and educational materials needed to enhance their CI related skills and knowledge. CITEX's end-goal is to endow workers and organizations with the necessary tools to face today's economic challenges.
