The main objectives of the project include identification and analysis of new professions in the field of renewable energy sources and their adaptation to Slovak conditions, preparation of a training for educational and career advisors, as well as preparation of textbooks for the field of renewable energy sources applicable for the study field “Technician for energy facilities of buildings”.
Renewable energy plants for various reasons are of major interest and importance to EU countries. EARTHCARE project proposes the identification and analysis of future occupations related to the sector in order to produce job profiles/ standards and develop training curricula and support training package for counsellors/ advisors. This has been achieved through close co-operation and exchange of experiences between consultancy /training providers, renewable energy experts and labour market information providers.
EUROSEA project aims to elaborate a European Reference of Qualifications existing in the fish and seafood cannery sector, in order to compare vocational education and training related to this sector between partner countries.
The main goal of EU-DAIRY project is to facilitate the visibility and recognition of the professional qualifications of the dairy sector in the EU.
VITA – Virtual Learning for the management of successful SMEs in Europe - presents an innovative approach to learn and practice entrepreneurship and business management competence, based on the results of different projects, concerning web 2.0 based and virtualization strategies.
With this project Governorship of Antalya aims to increase the quality and therefore the usage of public transportation all over the city including holiday resorts and cultural heritage districts. Governorship of Antalya has collaborated with its local and international partners to develop new educational programs for drivers and to train them through it. Furthermore, not only Antalya but also one of the most tourist attractive cities of Italy, Cagliari, had a chance to improve the quality of city transportation by this trainings that will be transferred and adapted from one of the successful projects in transportation sector.
An increasing number of VET teachers/trainers work as developers or project coordinators of transnational project work. They need more competence in the field of international projects planning, implementation and evaluation but most of all a validation system recognising their competence and experience. A large part of this is acquired through non formal or informal learning. We seek to recognise and accredit this learning by creating an integrated European system.
The project outcome is the GMDSS e-learning system, accessible on the internet web site www.egmdss.com, which includes a maritime Short Range Certificate (SRC) course. The system has many thousands registered users, so it offers a good opportunity for the success of other possible martime courses included in the same GMDSS E-learning system.
The aim of the E-DECOM project is to develop a Learning Environment by promoting pedagogic innovation in training in the companies of the foundry sector, by transferring and adapting an ad hoc tool.
A learning system based on the NTIC will be elaborated in order to develop the workers' key skills and competences in the foundry sector.
In this project, a new strategy for the technological and professional training is presented. This strategy is based on the use, in a broad and collaborative way, of a technological platform for the remote theoretical/practical learning via the Internet of systems of telephony, telematics and microprocessors.
