The outcomes of
the project will include:
(1)
a comprehensive mapping of the socio-demographic composition of the
European steel workforce, and the identification of trends;
(2)
the identification of training and career development needs for the
target groups, and with regard to equality and diversity more generally;
(3)
the development of training and development programmes to address these
needs;
(4)
a series of briefings for all stakeholders.
