Business studies

IDEC SA conducts studies designed to support strategic decisions and operation of its customers. These studies are accompanied by counseling for their implementation.

We have developed a set of tools (guidelines, checklists, software tools, training etc.) which we use in order to assist our customers to empower their staff, to face difficulties that may occur during implementation and to maximize the benefits deriving from these studies.
